Privacy policy

This policy explains what Hype Works LLC (“we”) collects when you use HyperPilot™ at hyper-pilot.ai and app.hyper-pilot.ai (the “Service”), why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. Name, work email and password hash when you or your organization create a HyperPilot™ account, and the invitations you send to teammates.
• Amazon data you authorize. When you connect Amazon Advertising or Seller Central, we retrieve advertising campaigns, bids, budgets, search terms, reports, orders, fees, settlements, traffic and listing content through Amazon’s APIs under the permissions you grant. We access only the accounts you authorize.
• Usage and technical data. Log records of requests to the Service (time, route, IP address, user id) kept for security and debugging, and the actions you take inside the Service (for example, approving a recommendation), which form your account’s change history.
• Requests you send us. If you request a test drive or contact us, we keep the details you provide so we can respond.

How we use it

• To provide the Service: analyze your accounts, produce recommendations and reports, and carry out the changes you approve.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and diagnose problems.
• To communicate with you about your account and the Service.
• To improve the Service. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics (for example, category conversion benchmarks) that cannot be traced to a seller, product or person.

We do not sell your data. We do not use one seller’s data to advantage another seller, and we do not share Amazon data with third parties except the service providers below.

Amazon data

Amazon Advertising and Selling Partner data is handled in accordance with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. It is used only to operate the Service for the account that authorized it, is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is retained only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Access inside our company is limited to personnel who need it to operate or support the Service. You can revoke our access at any time from Seller Central or the Amazon Advertising console; we then stop retrieving data for that account and delete it on request.

Service providers

We run the Service on Railway and Google Cloud (United States) for hosting, storage and data processing, and we use AI model providers (currently Anthropic) to generate analyses. Data sent to model providers is limited to what a specific analysis needs and is not used by them to train models under our agreements. Amazon data may also flow through connectors we operate on your behalf (for example, DataDoe) to retrieve reports.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. When an account is closed, data is archived and purged within 90 days unless a longer period is required by law. You can request deletion sooner by emailing hyperpilot@hypeworks.io.

Security

Credentials and API tokens are encrypted with per-record keys. Access to production systems requires authentication and is logged. Tenant data is isolated per account and access is denied by default.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and object to or restrict certain processing, by contacting us. If you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with data protection law, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Cookies

The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The application stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced inside the Service.
